"Miss Tessa Cooper of Argos, and Harley Stayton, of Mishawaka,
werequietly married at the home of her sister, Mrs. Don McLean, of SouthBend, Wednesday, June 11. The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. &Mrs. John Cooper, of near Argos, who lived for a number of years inRochester. In 1890 she was a high school graduate from Rochestercollege, and for the past two years was a successful teacher in theMarshall county schools. The groom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. NoahStayton, of Portage, Wisconsin, who formerly lived in Argos. They willbe at home to their friends in Mishawaka, where the groom isemployed."
