Mrs. Ella Wigle Kalp, wife of James F. Kalp of Colonial No. 4, died at 8:45 o'clock Wednesday morning in the Brownsville Hospital. She was 30 years, eight months and 10 days old. She is survived by her husband and two small children, John and Olive. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Wigle, of near Pleasant Unity; five brothers, George, Ralph, Norman and Allen, at home, and Frank of Delmont and two sisters, Miss Olive Wigle at home, and Mrs. Robert Courtley, of Wilkinsburg.
The body was taken to her home in Colonial No. 4 this morning. It will remain there until Friday morning when it will be removed to the Wigle home near Pleasant Unity where the funeral service will be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, in charge of Rev. A. K. Travis, pastor of the Pleasant Unity Methodist Episcopal Church. Interment will be made in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, near Trauger.
Ella married James F. Kalp about 1925. (James F. Kalp was born on 11 Oct 1889 and died in Dec 1976 in Brownsville Hospital, Brownsville, PA.)
