Source of Spouse - E-mail Eileen Howard. Jan 24, 2002 Philadelphia City Directory lists Henry as Hotel on 868 N. 4th St. 1900 Census lists him with family and 9 "boarders", two of which are servants. Sorrel Horse hotel at 866? N. 4th not noted on census. House # 264 and then 268 were enumerated. Where was #266 listed? Frederick Wieland was listed as clerk at Sorrel Horse Hotel in 1894, just prior to marriage to Mary Sommer, so it might appear he was working for his brother -in-law to be at that time.

Henry married Emma Sommer, daughter of Adolph Sommer and Barbara Fischer. (Emma Sommer was born on 15 Apr 1865 in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia?).)
