Ray Leavell was a farmer in Tipton Co, IN, South of Windfall. He was killed in a tragic accident while helping a neighbor put up hay. A hay fork broke loose from the top of the barn and struck him as he was working on the wagon. He was critically injured and died the next day in an Elwood hospital.
