Mary Alice Kemerer

Mary Alice Good, 91, of Manor Borough, formerly of Penn Township, died Sunday, March 9, 1997, in Stone Brook Manor in Manor. She was born Nov. 27, 1905, in Penn Township, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Mabel Peters Kemerer. She was a member of the Denmark Manor United Church of Christ and the Women's Fellowship of the church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert K. Good in 1982. She is survived by a daughter, Vivian L. Good of Apollo; a stepbrother, Delbert Redinger of Vandergrift; a stepsister, Helen Harrison of Greensburg; and a special friend, Kim Boyd of Harrison City. Friends will be received at the JAMES E. LINDSAY FUNERAL HOME INC., Main St., Harrison City, Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Joseph W. Kiewra officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Penn Township.

Mary married Herbert Kepple Good, son of Oscar M. Good and Catherine Kepple, on 12 Jun 1926 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. (Herbert Kepple Good was born on 11 Sep 1899 and died on 23 Jun 1982 in Irwin, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.)
