General Notes: Fulton County, IN Writ-December 16, 1880 -William R. Willhelm, defendant vs. Jefferson Willhelm, James Calhoun and John W. Grant - Date of judgment was November 24, 1880: Debt/Damages-$80; Interest, 30cents; Cost, $15.36 - Sheriff Butler -180 Days -The above Execution came to hand December 17,1880, at ten o'clock a.m. and on the 8th day of January 1881. I served this Execution upon the Defendants Calhoun and Grant. When James Calhoun turned out two bay horses upon which served, and gave the defendant Calhoun fifteen days in which to pay this judgment. On the 26th day of February 1881. I received of James Calhoun $100.25 in full satisfaction of this writ. Paid William Newcomb Clerk $80 in full of within judgment and also paid said Newcomb Clerk $15.86 in full of original costs retained my fees $4.55 and I now return this execution satisfied. William T. Butler, Sheriff. William married Lovina Cooper, daughter of Henry Cooper and Isabelle Rumbaugh, on 16 Dec 1877 in Fulton County, Indiana. (Lovina Cooper was born on 7 Jul 1860 in Leiter's Ford, Fulton County, IN, died on 21 Jul 1930 in Argos, Marshall County, Indiana and was buried on 23 Jul 1930 in I.O.O.F.
