General Notes:
Myron Lawfer was a Berreman Township Supervisor for 28 years. He and his wife, Maude Solt, lived in a small farmhouse (no longer standing) at the south end of the unincorporated village of Willow. Like many Lawfers, they were avid vegetable gardeners until the end of their days.
Myron died just 10 hours after his sister, Mabel Lawfer Allanson, died.
Myron married Maude E. Solt in 1893 in Ward's Grove, Jo Daviess County, Illinois. (Maude E. Solt was born in 1872, died in 1962 and was buried in Stockton, Jo Daviess County, Illinois.)
Marriage Notes:
They attended the Chicago Columbian Exposition while on their honeymoon.
