Priscilla Fink

  General Notes:

Priscilla's home was in a little valley nearby Crooked Creek and present day gas pump station. All the children were born in a 2-story log house. In the 1870 Census, Priscilla was a domestic servant, age 14, at the home of William Heinsalman age 75 and wife Esther 75 and son Julian age 48. This farm was across Crooked Creek from the Fink farm along the South Bend-Shelocta highway.

Priscilla married Henry Allshouse, son of Samuel Abraham Allshouse and Rachel Yockey, on 10 Sep 1878 in South Bend, PA. (Henry Allshouse was born on 5 Oct 1855, died on 19 May 1929 and was buried in Vandergrift Cemetery.)
