William H. Armbrust

  General Notes:

Prior to his retirement, William had been employed as a bus driver for the Hempfield Area School District. He was a member of the Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greensburg and was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and had also served in the Civilian Conservation Corps.

William married Florence A. Overly, daughter of Herman Leon Overly and Edith Evelyn Simpson, on 21 Jun 1944 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. (Florence A. Overly was born on 14 Jan 1921 in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, PA, died on 21 Mar 1999 in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and was buried on 24 Mar 1999 in Hillview Cemetery, Greensburg, Westmoreland Co., PA.)
