On 17 Apr 1723 Joseph married Dorcas Richardson (2488) , daughter of Thomas Richardson (-11 Jun 1761) & Rachel Parker (882) (16 Jun 1680-8 Sep 1763), in Wallingford, CT.14 Born on 2 Dec 1700 in Wallingford, CT.14 Dorcas died in Bethany, CT on 21 Mar 1790; she was 89.1
