On 26 Mar 1684 when Thomas was 24, he married Mary Humphreville, daughter of John Humphreville, in New Haven, CT.12

i. Thomas, b. 11 Jan 1685, d. 21 Jul 1783 at Woodbury, m. 1st at Stratford 13 Jan 1706 Elizabeth Bartlett (d. 5 Nov 1719 at Woodbury, dau. of John Bartlett), m. 2nd at Woodbury 10 Aug 1720 Hannah Minor (d. 20 Aug 1749 at Woodbury), m. 3rd Abigail (d. 1787, widow of David Hurd);
ii. Daniel, b. 2 Jan 1687; and
iii. Aaron, b. 10 Mar 1689/90, d. 12 Jul 1710 at New Haven.1
They had one child: 3152 i. Daniel (1687-1760)
