James Roland Coulter

  General Notes:

James attended Iowa State University at Ames where he was trained as a butter maker. He put this to good use in his father's New Era Dairy. He later ran an electrical contracting and appliance business on the Main Street of Conrad, Iowa.

James married Sylvia Anna Critser, daughter of Isaac Newton Critser and Carrie Dorothy Engjker, on 4 Oct 1930 in Decorah, Iowa. (Sylvia Anna Critser was born on 13 Jan 1911 in Worthington, MN and died on 19 Nov 1990 in Conrad, Iowa.)
